Always fantastic shoes with fantastic customer service, my girlfriend’s shoes were wearing out in an odd spot, let them know about it and they took care of us quick and easy! Absolutely getting more shoes this holiday season :)

The Nobull products are very good. The tricky thing is that you can only purchase online so getting the right size can be challenging. I ordered my usual shoe size. They were too small. Even though I bought the shoes on sale I was allowed to exchange them. The process was quick and easy. I was updated every step of the way.

Great customer service from Noel…once I was connected to an actual person, my issue was solved very quickly. Glad to see a company that still offers real customer service!

I absolutely love the sneakers. This company House. One of the sneakers I purchased had a little issue with the eyelet coming out. I reached out to the company via text and they got back to me within 30 seconds. I sent them pictures through text and they validated my purchase and gave me a full refund. They also had offered to replace the shoes. Very happy with the company.

This company has absolutely no customer service at all. They have too many restrictions on their discount codes. And when I asked for support no one has contacted me at all. They are not reputable.
