Just what I expected.. I’m going to order more

This is a scam company. I ordered a digital download of 3 cats for a Christmas gift. Not only did they jerk me around for several weeks, telling me my order was completed but they couldn’t send it to me yet for whatever reason, but when I finally got the picture in January, they had forgotten one whole cat (right in the middle) and another one was entirely the wrong colour (orange instead of white). Overall it was awful quality and didn’t match up to the sample picture at all. They just cut out the photos I sent and slapped a filter on top and called it a day, with absolutely 0 quality control. I found out later that they steal real artists’ original work. They probably pay someone to do a good photoshop job to use for the sample on their website, and then whatever orders they get they have someone slap something together in under 5 minutes. Please don’t give them your money, I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my full refund in a timely manner. Edit: as a response to their reply, it's true that my first attempt to order was unsuccessful because my Paypal had insufficient funds, but the second attempt was successful. I opened a dispute on PayPal to get my money back because they didn't offer me a full refund. They've sent me three emails to desperately beg me to withdraw it. Mr. Nguyen, I hope you're ashamed of yourself for not only approving a sub-par product (there is absolutely no excuse for forgetting a whole pet, smack in the middle. How does that even happen if you took any care in your work?) but for STEALING a real artist's work for your scam. You have no honour.

Awful, I echo all the comments made recently about delivery and service. I would never ever order from them again! I placed an order on the 4th Dec for a Christmas present that should have taken "10 working days" it was 'dispatched' on the 10th Dec and I had no further tracking updates. I have been chasing them since the end of December for an answer and an update and I STILL have not received my art work. I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal because of their total incompetence and terrible customer service. This was supposed to be a nice Christmas present and it has been ruined I would never order again and I would never reccomended to anyone! I have asked for a full refund but I am still being told to 'hold on' or 'wait a little longer' to add insult to injury they are only offering to refund the shipping for a poster that may never turn up! I am truly disgusted with the level of service this company has to offer. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I loved giving this as a gift! My sister is obsessed, I mean OBSESSED with her dog. I gave it to her on Christmas and she actually peed her pants from laughing so hard. She said it’s the best gift she’s ever been given, no joke. I highly recommend if someone loves their pet THAT much to get something like this :)

Framework was not good but the art work was wonderful. I am getting the work reframed so it will be ok.
