Hi Carlo, Thank you for feedback. We are sorry for the curling problem. To assure the product quality, your partner needs to curl up the poster before sending it. You could easily flatten it, and put it in a frame. We feel sad that your order did not meet your expectations. You can always email us with photos of your artwork, so we can send you a replacement without charge if needed. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards,

Dear Lola, We have received your review. Your reprint is in production at the moment and ready to be shipped in the next few days. We have been trying our best to assist with your order. Once it is confirmed as lost, we are happy to send you the replacement at no cost. We feel bad that we did not meet your expectations, however, it's a bit unfair holding accountable for us only since UPS is responsible for the shipping process of your artwork :( Customers' satisfaction mean a lot to us and we do take every feedback seriously.
