They were very receptive to my feedback on the design previews and we ultimately got a design that I like and the shirt is great quality, but I am giving 4 stars because every aspect of the process took unbelievably long and communication was terrible. For context, I ordered one of these shirts in 2022 and the entire process from order confirmation to shipment took 10 days, so this process has fallen off dramatically (currently September 2026). I ordered on July 23rd and got the first preview July 31st. From there we ended up using all 3 reviews to get my design, but every single time I would almost immediately respond and then not get a response for at least a week, often having to send a follow-up to get a response. Then once I approved the final design I got no response. I waited a week, asked for an update, and was just told it was in production. I waited another week and a half and asked for another update, then received the shirt the next day and got a response afterwards saying it was delivered (this was 9/10/26). Great shirt, good receptiveness to feedback when trying to get the desired design, but responsiveness and timeliness on design and production was pretty subpar. If you are ordering this as a gift I would be prepared for it to take a good 6-8 weeks to receive the product.

I love them and can't wait to give them to my husband as an anniversary gift!

The shirt was great but it took a really long time to get...almost a month

Very disappointed. Package has been arriving/departing USPS partner in Jamaica, Queens since 12/06/23. (15 times to be exact). Customer service told me twice they sent it, and is in customs. But did not offer to look into it any further. Very very disappointed . UPDATE- My package is due to be delivered today. As frustrating as the shipping process was Noblepawtrait was responsive to all of my emails, which meant something to me.

The print is perfect, I just don't really love polyester. The design is very cute though.
