The communication was terrible along with the shipping process. I got 2 prints at different times in the past and everything listed above was perfect. This time of round was terrible as I mentioned.

I placed an order on September 0n September 4, 2026 and as of today I have not received it nor can I track my package. It is showing on me PayPal account as having been delivered on October 6th, 2026

They did not use my photo as sent and also did not use all my photos. I paid for all the photos to be used and their order form was misleading. Was 2 pets but I had a few photos (individual and one of them together) that I wanted used. Did not happen. They would not use all photos saying I said only 2 pets. Didn’t make sense and they didn’t want to edit or change to make it work. Then after many emails they refunded but not 100% of what I paid. Since they already “made the shirt” (incorrectly by the way) they took money off my refund. Will never use them again. Very poor business practice and horrible customer service. For what they charge I expected more.

Everyone loves it! I had had any requests for another shirt it would be to make the pet pic a tad smaller. Thank you!

They were very receptive to my feedback on the design previews and we ultimately got a design that I like and the shirt is great quality, but I am giving 4 stars because every aspect of the process took unbelievably long and communication was terrible. For context, I ordered one of these shirts in 2022 and the entire process from order confirmation to shipment took 10 days, so this process has fallen off dramatically (currently September 2026). I ordered on July 23rd and got the first preview July 31st. From there we ended up using all 3 reviews to get my design, but every single time I would almost immediately respond and then not get a response for at least a week, often having to send a follow-up to get a response. Then once I approved the final design I got no response. I waited a week, asked for an update, and was just told it was in production. I waited another week and a half and asked for another update, then received the shirt the next day and got a response afterwards saying it was delivered (this was 9/10/26). Great shirt, good receptiveness to feedback when trying to get the desired design, but responsiveness and timeliness on design and production was pretty subpar. If you are ordering this as a gift I would be prepared for it to take a good 6-8 weeks to receive the product.

I made an order on the 2nd July. I still haven't received my order, and today is the 2nd September. I contacted them a few times, I was initially sent a tracking link which showed that the item was stuck at customs. I asked if there was anything I needed to do from my side, I was told that this is "all normal" and that it could take up to 30 days to receive the item, to which I replied saying that it's been 2 months and that I was requesting a refund. After that, they completely disappeared. I have paid for an item that I never received, which was supposed to be a birthday present.

My husband loved the shirt. The cats are his babies.
