I placed an order on September 0n September 4, 2026 and as of today I have not received it nor can I track my package. It is showing on me PayPal account as having been delivered on October 6th, 2026

I placed an order late in May and a couple of days later I got the artwork for approval, and I approved it immediately as it was just amazingly gorgeous. Then I got a confirmation that it would be sent to production, and then I expected to get a tracking code or some kind of information about the delivery date. Two weeks passed and I still hadn’t received any confirmation on shipping, so I contacted them by replying to the e-mail I had confirmed the artwork to. I did not get a response, so two days later I e-mailed again thinking that my first e-mail hadn’t reached them for some reason. Still no reply. So another two days later I sent a third e-mail requesting confirmation on shipping and sent it to the same e-mail and the support e-mail I found on the website. Still no reply, so I took to Trustpilot and gave them a 1 star review thinking I would have to write my credit card company to request a refund thinking I’d been scammed. The very next day I received a note that a parcel had arrived in the post so I picked it up the following morning and there was the gorgeous shirt that I had been waiting for. So I went back to my earlier review and changed it from a 1 star to a 3 star (like this one). Later that day I also received not one but two replies to the e-mails I had sent a week earlier. Now, I would’ve given 5 stars had they sent me a tracking code in time ir atleast replied to my e-mails a little sooner than a week. Such a small thing can have a massive impact on the whole experience. Next time I suggest that you make a bit more of an effort in your customer services. The shirt is gorgeous and really good! The fit is much smaller than regular sizing.

Pros. My niece LOVED the hoodie, tank top and leggings. The image quality was perfect and made my photos of the cat look professionally taken. The ease of being able to customize clothing was phenomenal. I definitely will purghase again. Cons. The sizes. The hoodie was a L and was technically a medium. The tank top and leggings were a S but were technically a large. Shipping took forever. Had I known I would have ordered 2 weeks earlier since it was a gift for a birthday. For the sizes to be that off the price for 3 items was $125. Overall. I would buy again. My family and I are comfortable wearing different sized clothing. The honor of being able to wear our pets on our clothing is worth it. Had shipping and the sizes been better I would have easily given 5 stars.

Shipping was terrible. Got notification it was shipped then 10 days later I reached out and it was in the warehouse.

Graphics were great but I got a size based on the size chart and it ended up being too small. My husband couldn't wear it.

I liked the product but I paid for shipping so that it would arrive before Father’s Day and it did not. I reached out to the company a few days before Father’s Day and was told that it takes 1-2 weeks to process/ship and there was nothing to be done. So, I paid extra for nothing, which I did not think was right or fair. It arrived on June 20th and I ordered it on June 3rd.

The website was easy to use. the shirts seem to be of good quality, but they seem to run just a little bit small. the print is of good quality. The reason for 3 stars rather than 4 or 5 is the 3+ weeks for delivery. The website said the shirts were made about 2 days after I ordered them, but it was an additional 3 weeks for delivery
