The communication was terrible along with the shipping process. I got 2 prints at different times in the past and everything listed above was perfect. This time of round was terrible as I mentioned.

I have never had an issue before but my most recent order getting a hold of someone has been extremely difficult. I ordered in July and my portrait still hasn’t been sent out. Extremely long process this time.

The shirt looks funny because the dog’s face is only on the front and arms of the shirt, but not on the back of the shirt. I have sent a reply back to you guys with pictures of what it looks like. And I have not heard anything back. Then you sent me this star rating scale. So the front looks good but not the back and I have not heard back from your company and the shirt cost me $80 Canadian. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

I have sent two emails asking about the status of my order and haven't gotten a response yet.

The picture was weirdly distorted and elongated. I have ordered shirts from here where an actual graphic designer did the photo and it was amazing. Not sure if the ties don't get that or if they have moved away from that in general. I don't need to orer from this company if the images are just cropped by a computer. The sample image when I uploaded was elongated, but I thought that was just the website. I also don't know why it needed to be like that the original inage should have worked fine

Appreciate the designer working with me. However didn't realize this was such a poorly made product that is 100% polyester and took forever to ship through USPS.

Quality for £50 is very poor. Arrived two weeks late and missed Christmas completely. Customer service is non-existent. No reply to anything sent.

There is no way this company has a rating this high!! They have to all be people who work at this company because this company is a scam I ordered in November 25th ( a custom door hanger for my father for Christmas) and here it is Dec 20th and nothing no tracking info no response to emails and I have seen other comments on their Facebook of other customers going through the same thing. They never receive their orders! They never respond to emails or direct messages on Facebook. They just take your money and scam you the customer service phone number they provide on their website doesn’t work either. Shame on you for taking advantage of ppl like this !! I paid through PayPal so I am putting a claim in through them to hopefully get my money back because they won’t do the right thing and refund people. Please please read some of the 1 star reviews on here because they are the true reviews you can also go to their Facebook and instagram pages and see the comments from other ppl they have scammed UPDATE 12/23/23 I did receive my package today finally so I gave it 2 stars however I’m am not to impressed with the product it’s ok but is cheaply made and all the hassle and worry about if I was even going to receive the package made this a bad experience and I still won’t buy from this company again. I ended up ordering something else for my father so I had a gift for him on Christmas because I had no idea if I had been scammed or not. So I ended up spending more then I needed to and money is tight I was going to file a claim with PayPal to get a refund from Noble pawtrait but because the package did end up coming (way way late) I probably won’t be able to do that now I read their replied to my review and they go more in depth about how long it takes to ship however my package took longer then what they said and it is advertised on their website that shipping would be 1-2 weeks! So that’s a lie and the fact that you can’t respond to your customers emails about their concerns is really what made this experience so bad and the product I received was just cheaply made and didn’t justify the price I would still not recommend this company for all the reasons stated above
