Communication issues. I originally wanted five canvases. I wish there was a confirmation or better customer service because what happened was after waiting and waiting, I wrote and asked where my package was. They wrote and said it was all on an e file, that I hadn't ordered anything on canvas (like I had thought.) And that instead of just making the three I settled on into canvases, they had me do an entire new order and ending up sending me TWO canvases and ONE 8' 10' poster. I wrote them again and asked why I had not received what I ordered. They said to order it again and ( for the third time ) and they would send me the difference. I am so bummed because quite a large number of people have asked where I got these when I posted them on my fb page and I honestly can't recommend. It was a hassle from day one and I haven't received any money back as of today's date as promised. Disappointed 😞😥😞 They have asked me non stop for a review though, so there you have it

Normally, our policy doesn't allow us to change them to canvas. However, in order to meet our customers' satisfaction, we have offered you the option to upgrade your order, even the partial refund. If you want 5 canvases, please choose 5 canvases when you reorder with us. Your newest order #16592 contains only 3 physical products, which is why we cannot send you 5 canvases. You can always use our Digital Downloads of your order #16015 to print them by yourself at any printing shop in town, which is more convenient because you don't have to wait for the shipping. Once again thank you for your feedback. We will try our best to improve our services. The final product is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to give it as a gift. The customer service from Alexa was terrific, too. I peppered her with questions and she always got back to me quickly with helpful updates. I know there are lots of services like this one, but I would go back to Noblepawtrait again and again; I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a portrait as a memorial for a friend’s dog who just crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I didn’t have great pictures, but Noble Pawtrait was amazing and put together a great tribute with a few different pictures.

Love it. My daughter got her first apartment and her walls were kind of bare so I had a portrait done of the cat she had growing up. She loved it and it really spruced up her apartment.

This company will go above and beyond for their customers. I was in the process of moving when ordering this as a gift. I was unaware that the postage would not forward to my new address. I reached out to their customer service and they are sending me a new one to my new address free of charge. They really care about their customers and have a great talent for their craft (previously purchased a separate art piece and LOVED it). I highly recommend this company!
