Absolutely terrible experience. Never again. Paid for rush shipping, and the order wasn't done in time. They provided a fake tracking number to stall us for time (well, the number was real, but it was going to a completely different part of the country... and when we looked into it and found the delivery photo, it was a gigantic box and definitely not my small box of 100 patches). Had to argue with them to refund the extra charges we paid for rush shipping, and it was a massive hassle. Their customer service rep claimed their patches were shipping from within the US, but the shipment origin was China according to FedEx. Completely terrible experience from beginning to end. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know how awful this was.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn't arrive as expected, especially when it is time-sensitive. We sincerely apologize for the shipping delay and for the confusion surrounding the tracking information. We understand how concerning that must have been, and we're sorry for the frustration it caused. As discussed with our team, we refunded the expedited shipping charges once it was clear your order would not arrive within the expected timeframe. We also want to clarify that while some shipments may originate from different fulfillment locations depending on production and logistics, we strive to provide accurate information throughout the process. We regret that our communication did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve both our processes and our customer experience. Again, we're sorry we fell short on this order and wish you all the best moving forward.

I placed an order with Ninja for custom patches. A couples weeks later the patches had not arrived and I discovered that the order was canceled, supposedly by me, and no refund would be given. I submitted a claim and ninja responded that the order was canceled by them due to the art not working with the patch. They stated that they would issue a refund after all. That was two months ago. I have yet to receive any refund. I just submitted a new followup claim for the refund so we will see.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to provide some additional context regarding what occurred with your order. After reviewing your order, we found that it was canceled because the artwork was not suitable for production as submitted. At that time, the order total was placed on your account as store credit so you could easily reorder once updated artwork was available. When you later contacted us and requested a full refund instead of retaining the store credit, we processed your refund request promptly. We apologize for any confusion regarding the status of the credit and refund, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Terrible experience. First it should be know they do not produce patches in house, or even in the country. My order (which i still haven't received almost 2 months later is being shipped from Pakistan). First order hadn't arrived within stated timeline and when I called the first time to ask, i was told they were on the way and to just be patient. 40 days after they hadn't arrived I called again and it was revealed the patches had been lost in transit and they would rush order. "Rush" order as it turns out is going to be almost 3 weeks. Terrible experience, this is clearly just a brokering service at this point. I am completely skeptical about the quality I am about to receive.

Hi Alain, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting this long, especially after being provided different updates along the way. While we do partner with production facilities to fulfill custom orders, we want to clarify that we stand behind the quality of the products we provide and work closely with our production partners to ensure they meet our standards. That said, the delays and communication around your order did not meet the experience we aim to provide. After learning that your shipment was lost in transit, we worked to get a replacement order prioritized, but we understand that the additional wait was not acceptable given the time you had already invested. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused and have reached out to you directly to get this resolved.

Made the patches wrong. Told me there was no one to assist me waited 8 hrs. Called back. Told I was going to have to wait another 12 business days before they could get the correct patches out to me. Ordered on June 12th. Today is June 26. Now I get to wait another 12 business days before maybe I’ll get the right patches sent to me

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is to receive an incorrect order and then have to wait for a replacement. That's not the experience we want for our customers. When an order needs to be remade due to an error, we do everything we can to expedite it. However, our fastest available production timeline for replacement patches is currently 12 business days to ensure they are produced correctly and meet our quality standards. We sincerely apologize for both the mistake with your original order and the delays you experienced reaching our team. We appreciate your patience as we work to make this right and get your corrected patches to you as quickly as possible.
