The order process was easy. The shipping timeframe was lengthy which could be expected with custom embroidery patches. The quality of the patch and craftsmanship was less than desirable. The patch quality looks more like a hobby piece than a professional branding piece.

The quality of the patches is terrible. All my orders of patches have been low quality. No effort, not caring how it looks. I will never buy patches from there.

Shortly after placing my order, I realized the size I had chosen would be smaller than I originally thought. Cristalyn was a huge help and adjusted my order without confusion or delay. Very grateful for her speedy service.

I truly appreciated the company’s care for their customers satisfaction. Miguel was very specific and explained some limitations when it came to my desired patches. He provided a complimentary solution that was more in line with what I wanted. I highly recommend.

It was exactly what i was wanting. I was also sent extra patches with my order. I will absolutely be ordering from this company for all future patches. I was a little worried about it being made without care and attention to order details but i am completely wrong. They had looked at the provided image and produced exactly what i needed for my order.

This is one of the worst companies that I’ve ever had experience of dealing with. I ordered Custom patches and when they make them they make them to whatever size they please I’ve ordered three times with them and all three times it was wrong and they refused to fix the problem. They will only give me a 25% store credit so it continues to cost me money and they say they’ll fix it but then they don’t when I order Custom patches I expected to be made to the size I order them not the size that they think they should be their production team is terrible. Their customer service is even worse. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They are complete garbage.

Starting my own business, I wanted patches to represent my business cards. Since I am a one man show, I didn't need many. They had a great low minimum count that I could live with. The actual product I received, I wish I could honestly say would be 5 stars. But that would be a lie. The product I received far exceeded that and my expectations. Knowing they do custom patches....I will most certainly be a repeat customer. Fantastic work folks. Truly.
