Generally, not worth spending your money on them
Ninja Patches has consistently messed up orders that I've gone through them for. They furthermore just consistently make their website worse and worse with the pushing of AI features that do everything a bit worse than if they used actual people, or in most cases, be completely useless and slow down any processes. I've order patches that were supposed to receive a merrow border on multiple occasions, that did not. We've received silicone patches that has the color bleeding into the rest of the design. We've received patches that dirt or grease marks on them. I feel lucky if it arrives correctly, so much so that I dread opening a package, knowing there is just as likely a chance that the product I ordered will be incorrect as there is it being correct. If they don't think they can produce something as you send it, they will change it with zero input from you as the customer, produce it, and then hope you don't have the energy to get it replaced or refunded. They simply refuse to contact the customer if there are any art issues. In the event you do contact them, expect to interact with people who spout whatever they can to get you to leave them alone. They will ignore what you have to say or the points you make, and skip to the end result - normally being a refund of some amount. Normally store credit. If they to replace your patches, expect them not to rush it or pay any additional attention than normal, they've told me before that I can't expect to receive it any faster. So now your patches, instead of taking 2-3 weeks, take 5-6 weeks, simply because they can't be bothered to produce things correctly, or contact you if they foresee an issue. The only reason they get a 2/5 stars from me, is because they are affordable, and that is the only thing they have going for them. If you need something specific and correct the first time, use one of their competitors. You're better of paying a little extra for actual quality. Product - 2/5 Price - 2/5 Attention to Detail - 1/5 Customer Services - 1/5

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had multiple experiences that did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify one important point regarding the artwork. A digital rendering or proof is a representation of how the finished patch is expected to look, but it is not an exact duplicate of the digital artwork. Embroidery has inherent limitations due to thread, stitch density, patch size, and the physical nature of the finished product. Because of this, colors, fine details, and other elements may appear differently when translated from digital artwork to a physical patch. For customers who have very specific expectations for how an embroidered design should look, we also offer the option to add a **stitch-out** to an order for an additional fee. This allows you to review an actual embroidered sample of the design before the full order is produced, providing an opportunity to make adjustments before moving forward with production. We also understand your concerns regarding orders arriving with issues. When there is a production error or the finished product does not match the approved specifications, our Customer Experience team is available to review the order and work toward an appropriate resolution. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to clarify how the process works.
