Headline is - these are garbage. Should have read more detailed reviews. Bought several patches in 2 different orders a few weeks apart. Design was decent and good for the price. None of the patches I purchase would adhere to my products. Used both a heat press AND iron method and even applied for longer than suggested since the fabric was a bit thicker. Peeled right off after 24 hours of resting time. Contacted Customer Service. They gave suggestions that I already tried. Told me to send video of my trying to apply. I did, but then they said they cannot open video files "per their policy". Seriously? Was offered to mail them back (at my expense) and they would try them. If they worked I could pay to have them shipped back to me. Rediculous. This isn't my first experience doing this, and they simply don't work. My opinion - believe the negative reviews and look elsewhere. Waste of money and time.

Receiving the wrong patches after 2 weeks of waiting was very disappointing. Update I have been Contacted and the Mistake is Being Corrected. Awaiting my new patches this week. Another Update will be left as soon as I receive them.

I ordered 10 patches and they look so good! I am highly impressed with the quality. The stitching is so clean.

I have placed several orders with them. Up until now I was very happy. My last attempt at an order was a nightmare. To the point I legit think someone was just F'ing with me. I provided 2 patches, 1 a circle with a very basic design in middle and words around circle. The second a custom shaped patch with very basic font and a mascot. 1st proof they enlarged my font so large it was comical, not centered and misspelled. No biggie as that is what proofing is for, I resubmitted a newer file to help with the smaller fonts. Proofs 2 - 4 were a nightmare. They didn't take into account my newly submitted art and kept providing me the same exact proof as previously. They refused to do my small text and told me I would have to increase my patch size from 2.5 to 3.5 or all small font was going to be removed. To clarify, I myself own a commercial embroidery machine and made the very patches I was asking them to make to make with no alterations. I use 3rd parties for workflow management. Unfortunately I went back to my usually patch maker, GS-JJ and had a proof within 24 hours, no changes to original design, cheaper and it's currently in progress. I now have the patches from GS-JJ in hand and they made no alterations with font. They just got it done. I know Ninja is capable of creating small font, as my previous patches had smaller font, but as to why I had to go through 4 proofs over 3 days and back and forth about font is beyond me. Overall, good company, but this was not a good experience for me. I would love to keep my business state side, but I also need someone that can make basic patches.

Great speed and great quality

Excellent quality and outstanding customer service! When shipping issues caused my patches to be returned, they quickly reshipped. When the post office created another problem, they immediately stepped in, reprinted and reshipped them without hesitation. They were patient, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The turnaround time was impressive, and the patches look great. They truly went above and beyond and have definitely gained a loyal customer!
