I had a wonderful experience with NIMAH London. My first bracelet had a small issue, and their team was incredibly kind and professional in handling it. They explained everything honestly and sent me a new bracelet, which is even more beautiful and feels very high-quality. The communication was warm, respectful, and full of care – you can really tell they value their customers. I truly appreciate the effort they put into their service, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you so much again – may Allah bless your work!

Great service. Great products and great quality.

We had an issue with the bracelet we ordered as house number was not indicated but Emad was really kind and got sorted quickly! The present was loved by the birthday girl and arrived just on time!

I ordered two necklaces which I absolutely loved upon arrival, however when wearing them alongside my hijab, I found that they weren’t long enough to show from under. I emailed for support initially wanting a refund, however Emad granted me the solution of paying for just the shipping of two extenders, meaning I essentially attained them for free. I couldn’t be happier with the care in this businesses service as well as the quality of their products too!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Nimah. The pieces are exquisite and the people very thoughtful and kind. I love the Tawakkul and customised name pieces so much.

I was recently gifted a beautiful bangle from Nimah, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit. From the moment I reached out, Emad handled my query with such care and professionalism. Not only did he facilitate a smooth exchange, but he also honoured the original 20% discount—even though the replacement bangle was more expensive. I had initially paid for the return postage in error, but Emad kindly reimbursed me without hesitation. He also arranged fast-track delivery for the new bangle, which arrived the very next day. When it did, I was blown away. The craftsmanship is exquisite - the calligraphy is stunning, with designs that carry deep meaning, even for those who don’t read Arabic. The bangle has a beautiful lustre and a substantial weight to it. The shade of gold blends seamlessly with the other bangles I wear daily, and Emad’s clear, reassuring advice on adjusting the “Patience is Key” bangle made all the difference. I have a dainty wrist, and now it fits like a glove. This piece will be travelling abroad with me this summer, and I know I’ll treasure it for years to come. The sentiment behind Nimah’s designs is truly inspiring, and the lifetime warranty is a wonderful gesture of confidence in their quality. Thank you, Emad and the Nimah team, for such a meaningful and memorable experience.

Aslamwalaikum I had such a great experience ordering from Nimah London. The item arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully—really felt like a treat to open. The design is stunning and looks even better in person. It’s clear that a lot of care and quality goes into their pieces. I also recommended them to friends and family because their service was amazing and the product Was more beautiful in person I can’t wait to make more purchases from them. I ordered a personalised bracelet and forgot to order the extenders with it. When I received the bracelet, it was too small. I emailed Nimah and was dealing with Emad. Emad was extremely helpful and sent out the extenders along with a cheeky little discount. Thank you again Emad, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
