Customer service was absolutely great. A few days after my purchase while waiting delivery. I notice the price had been reduced, I called customer service and they corrected/adjusted my purchase to the lower price.. thank you.

I pre ordered he x sight several months before it came out. Well one day I happened to be looking at their web page and it showed the x sight in stock ready to ship. I waited a few days and ever received an email stating mine had shipped. So I called. The person I talked to stated they see my order in the system but no one ever shipped it and now I wold have to wait for the next shipment. So much for preordering.

We had several hundred pre-orders for ATN XSights due to all the delays and a couple fell through the cracks. This is a blessing and a curse of a small business. On one hand we are able to devote personal attention to each order on the other we humans be humans and things get missed. Bought a Thermal scope about a year ago from Night Vision Guys. They were great to deal with and answered all of my questions. They pointed me in the right direction and got me hooked up with a ATN Thor 336 4.5X 60Hz thermal scope. Great prices and great service. Scope is awesome! If I ever buy another night vision or thermal scope I will be giving them a call again.

NIGHT VISION GUYS DID A GOOD JOB ALL AROUND AND FOR THE MONEY, I AM VERY PLEASED! THE GOGGLES ARE GOOD FOR WALKING OR RIDING A BIKE, OR EVEN BOATING. THEY LACK SHARP FOCUS AT CLOSE RANGE BUT I AM STILL ABLE TO MANIPULATE COMMON ITEMS. YOU CAN NOT LOOK THOROUGH A WINDSHIELD, DUE TO REFLECTION, YOU WILL HAVE REFLECTION IN FOG AS WELL. THE SCOPE IS EXCELLENT! FOR UNDER 500, AND IS MUCH SHARPER THAN GEN 1. EFFECTIVE IN 0 LUX TO 125yds. THIS SCOPE SIGHTED IN QUICKLY AND STAYS ZERO'D. I HAVE IT MOUNTED WITH QUICK RELEASE WEAVER MOUNTS FROM BURRIS. ONLY GRIPE IS.. YOU HAVE TO OPERATE BOTH ENDS OF THE SCOPE TUBE TO FOCUS. THIS MEANS YOU WILL ALWAYS NEED A REST TO SHOOT FROM AT NIGHT.
