what I got is great
Well the heat vision work great but it does not have that much range on it. Yes, it has zoom but zooms in only at that range. Zoom is like a magnifying glass looking at a 2D map. That is not "GPS" or "Google Maps," it is that old folded up piece of paper that you have to unfold and look at and to you want to zoom in then you will have to get another map. Since heat does not go thou glass you cannot use a scope in front of it. Have not gotten to go shoot it yet but seems built very good. The eyepiece is cool but cannot use it with eyeglasses on. All and All works great, looks great and it all works and came on time with everything. Yea!!!!! I'm :)

Took order/money without ability to send product.
I found a good price on Hawke binoculars but after ordering and paying, I was sent an email stating that the item I ordered was over sold and I would not be able to get the item. They attempted to sell me a night vision product instead before finally agreeing to give me a refund.
Response from Night Vision GuysSep 9, 2015
Hi Jory. Thank you for your feedback. This is a common problem with running an online store with thousands of skus. We sell via Amazon and Ebay as well as at trade shows and other venues. Occasionally we have products listed on our website, which are not in stock at that moment. It is very hard to keep inventory fully synchronized across all selling channels. We know of this limitation and are working hard on keeping wider range of products available for immediate shipping. Either way, we are very sorry we disappointed you and we hope to earn your business again in the future and deliver the kind of service you deserve. Be sure to email us directly before placing the order. This way you will get the best price and will know right away if the item is really available.

Decent guys to do business with
Found the experience to be satisfactory. However, I did need to return product for repair and promised return time was late.
Response from Night Vision GuysSep 9, 2015
Hello Mr Musser. Thank you for your feedback. You are not the first person to complaint about the returns. We have taken some steps recently to control the process better. However, at the end of the day it is in the hands of the manufacturer to inspect and then replace or repair the product. We do our best to expedite this process for our customers but we have only so much leverage. Thank you for your business and hopefully on your next purchase there will be no need to deal with returns.
