Hi Marcus. Thank you for taking your time to leave us a feedback. It is important for us to hear from our customers. I reviewed your orders. What i found is that your scope was shipped directly from Armasight back on 4/6/2014 along with a free t-shirt. As you can imagine OUR employees do not go through boxes at the manufacturer's facility. We will be happy to provide this feedback to Armasight, however, to make sure that when they ship products they are packaged properly. Additionally you should note that the odds of having imperfections in a Gen 1 scope are very high. This is an older technology and has it's limitation but offers affordable price point.

Hi Erich. I want to thank you. This feedback is very helpful. Of course ATN PS22 and PS28 are not the same night vision clip-on. That is why they have different model numbers. We always ask our sales staff to explain product specifics to the customers and the fact that we failed in your case means we have to try harder. I really hope you will give us another chance to prove to you that we can deliver the best in night vision and day time optics space at the best possible price. If not, we wish you luck and once again thanks for the feedback.

Hi Brenden. Thank you for your feedback. I went back to see what might have caused this issue you described. Based on our records you placed the order back on Feb 3rd 2015, promising to mail in a check, but never did so. We hope you would agree that it is unrealistic for you to expect us to ship product before we receive a payment. Based on this it would only be fare if you removed your review and at least gave us a chance to process your order before you rate us.

Hi Erik. Thank you for your honest feedback! It is very important for us to hear about these issues in retrospect to try and make improvements for the future. Unfortunately with the return/service process everything is at the hands of the manufacturer as we are simply a re-seller. We try to do our best at managing the process and pushing them to expedite any service for our customers, but it does not always work. To have better control over the process we even changed the process by asking customers to ship returned products to us and we ship it to the manufacturer to make sure we have full control of the delivery dates. This costs us extra in shipping costs, but we are hopeful that this will improve the process. With that in mind, we hope you will trust us with your future business.
