Great experience easy transaction

This appeared to be a scam. After spending over $2400, I got an email that my order was placed for the night vision goggles, with a "3rd day insured" shipping method. 4 days later, I emailed them and asked for a status. Felix replied that there was a delay with the manufacturer for that unit. I had NO idea the goggles weren't in stock, when I spent the $2400, but I asked for options. I got NO reply. I found NVG on Facebook, and sent a message. Still, no reply. I also left several voice messages that were NEVER returned. After posting my initial review, Felix finally returned my call, and explained it was a misunderstanding, and not NVG's fault. But, any company that condones these practices is not a company I want to do business with.

Overall this was not a great shopping experience. I called them several times for questions I had regarding thermal optics and no one ever answered. I left a couple of messages and no one ever returned my call. I emailed them and finally got a response 4 days later after I placed my order. After placing my order I was told it would ship the next day. I was told that 3 days in a row. When I called to check on my order no one answered unless I dialed the extension to place a new order. Eventually I threatened to cancel my order and then it finally shipped. The only reason I didn't give them 1 or 2 stars is because they upgraded me to free overnight shipping.

Responsive customer service, excellent selection, and great pricing

I ordered a product, then waited several days and heard nothing other than they accepted payment. So I sent an email and only then did they inform me they no longer have the product. They then asked if there was something else I’d be willing to switch for. I said yes and asked for recommendations in the price range. No reply. I sent another message and they then asked what generation, after my answer no reply so I sent another message and no reply. So I sent another message and finally a reply saying they can if I was interested in something other than what I was looking at I said sure. No response so I called all the numbers no answer left a message and sent another message again then they said nope they got nothing. So I asked for a refund, no reply so I asked again. I finally got a reply asking if they could offer me something else. I was just done with it I tried before and they were no help at all. They finally have a refund. But really? Taking payment for something they don’t carry anymore, not telling me until I message them then asking if they can substitute something else then they never reply. UPDATE: Felix got ahold of me and we were able to get everything sorted out with a product they have in stock, they were also able to price match it to a price on amazon. Everything went really well from there on.

O have purchased a sightmark day - night scope from your company and I made an offer and you gave me a discount ! I just ordered a hawke rifle scope and it was the best price I could find any where ! I don't know of any company that gives the customer a make an offer on every thing they sell! Please keep up the great work and I will be back for more!!! Thank you very much, Dave Miller.

Excellent customer service! Felix was in contact with me at 9 P.M. at night and helped me with my purchase. I have nothing but good things to say about NVG!
