Round 2 with the guys, and it's more of the same! No communication, orders delayed and delayed and delayed. I deleted my first one star review but this one ain't coming down. This appears to some kind of a run from the basement outfit. Never a live person over the phone and always the run around!

Fast ship, great value. Everything included as described. Manual is good, storage pouch is great there's a pocket/place for everything. I'll purchase from NVG again. Image clarity is great, tube is perfect with zero defects/artifacts.

Fantastic service. Called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone regarding questions on what thermal scope to buy. Plus the emails back and forth were great. Always answered within 15-30 minutes. They also called me after my purchase to let me know they are shipping it out today. I have looked for 2 months and they have the best prices.

Wasn’t notified item was unavailable until after the transaction. Website should say not available to save the hassle of ordering and refunding.

Placed order on September 24, it’s November 4 now and still no shipment details. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. Unacceptable.
