Purchased a FLIR TK Scout (open box)…
No issues from a delivery or purchase perspective. Purchased a FLIR TK Scout (open box) USD 599, 1st unit when it was delivered it only went to FLIR boot screen. Sent unit back to FLIR direct for replacement and second unit lasted 30 minutes before doing the same thing. Very disappointed with FLIR products after two malfunctions on different units. The unit was bought for a friend and a trip we had planned. I am not putting any of this on NVG as second unit was shipped direct from FLIR.

I was surprised at the documentation that it takes to buy a laser/light for a firearm but that's the state of the government these days. The website was easy to use and the process was simple. ** Update..I received my order in a timely manner and it was exactly what I ordered. A pleasurable experience all the way around.
