we order doors very excited they give us finish schedule then everything start they fail schedule for three weeks with a very unbelievable week excuse we lost framer schedule so we end up paying extra for installation not only that they supouse to call before deliver to confirm address so they never call and send the doors to billing address so we end up paying extra to move doors to right location the best part because this didn't cost any extra was the horrible treat every time we call there customer services my builder was going to keep buying doors from them because there cheap and that's the right word cheap but after this he rather paid moreg

Smooth transaction delivered on time great looking product

I have over 30 doors from this company. 4 of them have veneer bubbling and 6 are warped over 3/4 of an inch from top to bottom. The top of the door is hitting the stop and the bottom is sticking out 3/4's of an inch. I was told the doors needed to be sealed within 24 hours of receiving them. This would have been nice to know before they arrived. I would have had finishers standing ready the moment they landed, after all 30 doors takes some time.

Good service doors look great and are of good quality. I will definitely use Nicks again.
