Hey Dina, I know your intake was completed a little over a week ago, so this is taking longer than it should. However, your order is active and is still awaiting tracking. Every review matters, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. My team is contacting the pharmacy now to get an update and help push the order forward. We’ll stay on top of it until it's moving!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM NEZT MED.
2.7 average is too high for them. If Zero stars was an option, that’s what they’d get today.
My intake/application, on 9/16 clearly stated I am on Zepbound 7.5mg, and looking for cost savings. I’ve been on Zepbound or compounded Tirzepatide for almost 3yrs.
My application was approved and received emails indicating my Rx was at the pharmacy.
I received automated emails letting me know my order is delayed.
When it arrived, on 9/23 I called the pharmacy to figure out what dosage was filled, which was 6.375mg (not a standard dose).
I called Next Med promptly and was told the clinician has the authority to prescribe what they wanted, and was scheduled for a phone call from a clinician in 2 hrs, which never happened. When I called to ask about my call, I was told there’s no record of a scheduled call.
I explained that given I provided the dosage I was on (and have an Rx by my Dr for it) if they were going to provide other than what I requested, they have an obligation to tell me and give me the option to decline. I was told my complaint was being escalated and would receive a callback within 24-48hrs.
Bottom line, I never got a call back, as promised from the clinician and clearly no refund is coming.
I also question the efficacy of what I received. I’ve been on Zepbound or compounded Tirzepatide for almost 3yrs. I know the reaction I should experience, especially with 10 days to 2wks between injections and I’m considering having it tested.
At least I had the foresight to just purchase a one month supply, ti check it out before committing to anything more.
As with EVERY OTHER negative review, you will see the exact same AI response saying they don’t have enough information and can’t find my account and can’t comment.

Joel, since I'm not the clinician who reviewed your intake, I can't confidently say exactly why a lower dose was selected. It's possible the provider wanted to allow for a smoother transition, as Zepbound and compounded tirzepatide may differ in formulation, and med adjustments aren't always straightforward. We also request proof of previous prescriptions to help providers assess treatment history. Your prescription details are available in the patient portal, by the way, and I'm sorry that wasn't made clearer.
When you complete your purchase, you agree to a process where the provider reviews your intake and determines the appropriate prescription, without requiring separate approval afterward. In some cases, providers may request additional follow-up. That said, I absolutely agree that the missed calls and lack of follow-through should have been handled much better, and I've noted your concerns.
And to address your comment about our Trustpilot replies, we ask for identifying information when a review alone doesn't allow us to locate the correct patient account. Without that verification, we can't responsibly investigate or discuss someone's specific experience. It's not a way to dismiss a complaint, but a necessary step toward giving someone a more meaningful answer.
I see your subscription has since been canceled, and I'm sorry things didn't work out. We appreciate you giving us a chance, Joel, and I wish we'd left you with a better experience.

SCAM AFTER FIRST MONTH
Do NOT use this company. They take your money in full promptly send your first month. Then when it is time for your second month it gets delayed at the pharmacy, they do several escalations where they promise the pharmacy will call you within 24-48 hours, never happens. Then they escalate it more and promise that it will be sent out by end of that current week, and that does not happen. Then you are overlapped and have not started your second month on time and the first round is out of your system. When you request a refund they tell you that youre not eligible. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they place you on hold and never come back on the line.
They are a total scam, do not deliver their promised product but take your money and do not refund it.

More fraud by this company
I continually am emailed and texted there's a delay in my GLP-1 15MG Tirzepatide. I have called amd emailed and keep getting told this is in such high demand they are having trouble filling the order. I did the 12 month autoship. I have yet almost a month later, to receive the product. I ran out waiting on them and when I told them to vamcel and refund my money, they told me they do not refund anyone their money as it is against company policy. I have filed a dispute on with my credit card and waiting for the charge back and refund. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, which after some research, seems they have already been in trouble with the FTC for fraud. The pharmacy having trouble is an odd excuse because I just went through TrimRX, and had my injections in 3 days. How can this be in such short supply but other companies can get it. Avoid these fraudsters before they steal your money.
Update: I finally received a shipment after this review and reporting them to the FTC again. However, I was supposed to receive a 12 week supply and did not. Checking through several complaints filed, this is still their practice. I asked for a refund and to cancel everything. I was sent a response immediately their policy is no refunds. How can something like this be legal? Take someone's money, either don't deliver or don't deliver what you promised and was paid for. While waiting for this, I was able to gonthrough TrimRX and get my meds withing a week. I paid more, but atleast I have what I need. I have also filed a dispute with my cc company for not receiving what was promised. I would urge anyone to not use Nextmeds unless you want to feel taken advantage of.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM
DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM! I PAID FOR THREE MONTHS AND I GOT NOTHING! I KEPT GETTING TEXT EVERY SINGLE DAY SAYING THEY’RE SORRY FOR THE DELAY. IT’S HELD UP AT THE PHARMACY. I SHOULD GET IN THE NEXT THREE OR FIVE DAYS AND THEY SAY THIS EVERY DAY SO I CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO GET A REFUND AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO REFUND. THAT THEY GET TO KEEP THE MONEY EVEN THOUGH I GET NO MEDICATION. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF F FLORIDA. AND FILE A COMPLAINT.

Nothing has went right. They collect your money and never allow you to cancel. Ordered August 13th and still havent started my first dose on Sep 28. Meds never sent. Get a text every day stating its gonna be sent. They dont answer your emails. You schedule call with nurse who cant even tell what medicine your receiving and why one is coming ups and why one is coming fed ex and 4-5 days apart. They email u back and answer their calls but you never get an answer to your question. I have never experienced this bad of service in my life and its every time ive reached out for help

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They advertise they have good customer service, Providers you can meet with,
None of this is true.
I paid 267.00.
It’s been 2 months.
My first and only delivery was delivered to the wrong address.
I filed a claim with Fed X and gave the info to Nextmed.
They said they would replace it 2 months ago.
I’ve set up 3 appointments with Providers and no one has ever called me, I’ve also asked twice for a supervisor to call me to discuss this matter, as of today no one has called me. Every time I call , customer service they tell me the same thing.
“ The medication is at the pharmacy”.
I also found these injections are not FDA approved.I asked the provider this question, and she told me this medication was unlabeled.
I don’t even know what I’ll be putting into my body.
Don’t fall for the scam like I did.
This is a business, anyone can buy these injections wholesale and sell them, very profitable business.
Please be careful.
At this point, I am seeking legal advise.
All my calls have been recorded just like Nextmeds calls.
I continue to receive emails that my prescription is at the pharmacy.
Please note….
This is the type of service this company provides.i have also reported them to different companies for investigation.
