They made a great effort to make me feel better. I got a really nice email and my medication will be here tomorrow and I'm getting a partial refund (maybe a little back from warm meds or just as compensation for the stress. I really hope there is no more problems with delivery, but we shall see. I really appreciated their response and I am getting excited again!

I was approved for Tirzepatide on 10/1. The dosage was slightly higher than what I was previously on but I was told it was fine. I signed up online on 9/30, made my appointment with them for 10/1 at 8 am. We talked through the meds and how I was doing on my previous dose and got set up with the new dosage. I was told it usually comes in 3-5 days. I got the dreaded delay messages for a few days which made me panic but my meds did show today 10/8. When I got the tracking number I was a little worried, I'm in VA and the meds were being overnight shipped from Florida. I read a lot of reviews about people receiving the medicine and it was warm. Mine was sent in a black metal thermos with two long tube ice packs inside. Everything was still nice and cold. Came packed with all the supplies needed as well, plenty of syringes, alcohol wipes and clear instruction on how to properly use the medication. So far, I couldn't be more please.

I'm writing this review as an update to a previous review (which I recently deleted )in which I gave Next Med one star. Since then, the patient care response to my questions and the communication about my rx/shipments has improved tremendously. In all honesty, it takes about a month to get everything into the system to get things going. I was very impressed that they worked with me to receive my next shipment early, as I am leaving for vacation and it would arrive while I was gone and ruin. Since I gave them a bad review in the beginning, I thought it was only fair that I revise my review to include the improvements they have made. Hang in there and be patient. It's worth it!

The provider gets a 5 star. Patient portal 4. Portal is hard to navigate. I can’t find any of the forms needed. (Refill request, provider notes,etc)

Clinical support phone call to renew my prescription was excellent and informative. However, support staff didn't respond to any email/text messages sent before that phone call. Communication was not good.

Customer service helped me out a lot and after much hassle with sending lots of information and once that was done I got my meds in 2 days! Was quite delighted! I was definitely a squeaky wheel pestering them non stop. I’m hoping it’s just growing pains for them
