I never take the time to leave reviews. So if I do, it's for good reason. Late deliveries, wrong doses sent, poor communication. This place just flat out sucks. Go anywhere else but this place.

I wish I could have negative stats as an option. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! Response to emails takes forever and they do not read the entire email trail and you do not get the same customer service person so you are repeating yourself over and over. When they sent an email asking if I wanted to renew I respond NO that I wanted to cancel and I reached out for 4 more days to confirm that they cancelled it and never heard anything back and when I did get someone they didn’t even answer my request but proceeded to tell me my dose increased. Worst customer service ever!!

They have not done anything on time, period. They are always late... and with medication like this, that matters. My first order was late. Literally days worth of text messages saying "we're sorry but we're working on it" and then I finally got my medication at the very last minute when my previous supply had run out. 4 weeks later I have been billed for my second vial but nothing has shipped. I email and email and get no response. Finally found a chat option and complain... suddenly I start getting the "we're sorry but we're working on it" text messages again. My next dose was supposed to be here over a week ago, closer to two and it still hasn't shipped. This is now over 5 weeks since my first vial and it was only supposed to last for 4 weeks... These medications require consistency and timing but this company completely fails to (literally) deliver. They also ignore and don't respond to any questions or requests in regard to your prescription or changes, titration questions, etc. I will absolutely be canceling when I finally get my second vial and will warn anyone I know who is looking at them to stay far away. Lastly, they ship syringes with the order but they are not sealed or sterile which meant I just threw them out and used my own sterile syringes. I cannot recommend this company and quite the opposite suggest staying far far away. I'd rather have a refund than my next vial at this point. I have zero trust for this company. I have now disputed the charge with my bank. Update 10/23: I got my refund. I filed the chargeback with my bank and Nextmeds decided to give me the refund rather than eat the chargeback. I'd recommend any of you who have been screwed over by this worthless company do the same. I used all the text messages about my delayed order as evidence and it went straight through. I enjoyed replying to the email I received from "support" at nextmeds where they refused to give me a refund with a pseudo "thanks for the refund" email. Ignore all the positive reviews you may see here. Notice that the positive ones are all "invited" (shill) users and the real users are all negative.

Back on Sept 3rd I was charged $315 I called promptly to let Next Meds know, I was only looking for information on cost for my daughter. I was told I had to get a letter from my Doctor stating I could not take the medication, I sent through the patient portal 5 times the letter from my Doctor, they then said I needed to talk to their Doctor or Nurse which I did both! they both told me they would put the notes in to refund and that I am not to take the medication...crickets. I just spoke with Next Meds again and was told now they don't see the letter from my doctor , so I uploaded it another two times into the patient portal, she said she still cannot see it even though I have confirmation it went through. Worse company ever!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!!

Multiple delays in receiving medication. Medication appeared to not match in appearance with the medication I received for previous providers. NO ZOOM/TELEMEDICINE CALL FROM DOCTOR OR NURSE. Cut my current/requested dosage in half so they basically ignored my intake information. First shipment of a 3 month plan. No opportunity for a refund on remaining not delivered medication. My opinion is that Nextmeds is unprofessional bordering on malpractice/fraud. STAY AWAY.

I did the one year for $500. Got the first shipment. But second has not shipped. I have received this email for a week now everyday- "Hi Cheryl, We wanted to provide an update on your medication order. There has been a slight delay at the pharmacy, and processing is taking longer than usual. We’re closely monitoring your order and will send your tracking number the moment it becomes available. Thank you for your patience — and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. The Next Meds Team" What is the issue- they cannot tell me, other than a delay. Well my next injection is Wednesday - I doubt I have it by then. Very disappointed.

NEXTMEDS IS A SCAM COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN CHARGED BY THE FED TRADE COMMISSION! Google it. Wish I would have. I received my first dose in a timely manner. My second dose is due today and every day I receive an email saying there is a delay in my order. I just spoke to customer service and they told me I may receive my order in 7 to 10 days! How does this help me get my med dosage I already paid for? They also told me I had no option to talk to a manager. As far as I’m concerned, this is a scam, just as many others have pointed out. Do NOT recommend this company! 10/6/26 Update: The phone rep again told me my medicine should be shipping out, while acknowledging it was 10 days overdue. I still have no medicine and no tracking number. The rep assured me I would not be billed again (let’s see), but wouldn’t refund my meds that haven’t arrived.

I received what I had called about to my satisfaction.
