I honestly don't know how this company operates like this and thinks customers are supposed to be okay with it. I ordered medication from NextMed and the entire process was a complete headache. My order sat there processing while I waited and waited for updates. Every time I needed information, I had to reach out and try to figure out what was happening. I was told the prescription was going to Boothwyn Pharmacy and was given a 5–7 business day timeframe, but the whole experience left me wondering whether I was actually going to receive my medication at all. THIS IS MEDICATION. People shouldn't have to chase a company down and wonder where their prescription is. And let me be very clear: I had specifically ordered from NextMed because I was trying to find an affordable and reliable alternative. Instead, I ended up stressed and having to make backup plans just to make sure I wouldn't run out of my medication. Thankfully, I had enough medication on hand to protect myself from their delays. If I hadn't, I could have gone weeks without my medication. After this experience, I completely lost confidence in NextMed. There are too many other options available for me to willingly put myself through this again. I will NEVER order from NextMed again. If you're considering using them, do your research first and understand exactly what you're signing up for. My experience was not worth the stress, and I would not recommend them based on how my order was handled. NextMed: you don't get a second chance with me. ✌🏽

when I signed up They promised 2 to 3 days shipping. I have called every other day for the last week and they say it is delayed and to ignore the email that says it is delayed. the people you call for customer support are nice but they don't ever get anything done and they say a manager will call you back but never do, If they can not deliver on time then I want a refund.

Avoid them. First contact was questionable. I was billed before speaking to a doctor, never spoke with a doctor or anyone, and received an email stating I was approved roughly 5 hours after being charged. Customer service email is AI answered, and not followed up on. Inquiries never had an actual response relevant to questions asked, just AI canned responses. When delivery was going to be late, there was an email and text sent, repeatedly, stating there was an issue at the pharmacy and it would ship soon. Phone call to customer service was a live individual, but they did not grasp the concept that the pharmacy is their choice and therefore their responsibility. Drugs were eventually received without them following up. Second round - They billed. Then the stream of the exact same emails and text messages once they charged my card. When I spoke with customer service the second time, they stated they could not tell me when it would be delivered and could not supply a tracking number. I waited until the last available shipping day before I needed my next dose to stay on time with the cycle, they still could not provide any assurances that it would be delivered, blamed the pharmacy, and refused to refund as "it has already been sent to pharmacy." I feel a little bit dumber for not doing my due dilligence and researching the company, I was too excited about the cost difference. Bank is performing a chargeback on the latest order and refusing any future charges thankfully.

I'm writing this review as an update to a previous review (which I recently deleted )in which I gave Next Med one star. Since then, the patient care response to my questions and the communication about my rx/shipments has improved tremendously. In all honesty, it takes about a month to get everything into the system to get things going. I was very impressed that they worked with me to receive my next shipment early, as I am leaving for vacation and it would arrive while I was gone and ruin. Since I gave them a bad review in the beginning, I thought it was only fair that I revise my review to include the improvements they have made. Hang in there and be patient. It's worth it!

I enrolled my self on 9/21 right away charged for the full year, when on the advertised said monthly payments , I call costumer support to see what dose the will prescribed and was too low than I’m been taking, when I ask the nurse if they highly dose she told me no , so I requested my cancellation, on the next day , they told me I cancel , but they don’t refund me the money, this people’s are scammer, be carful

Charged immediately, missed appointment, and unresolved prescription concerns I switched to NextMeds for better pricing, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. Before enrolling, I disclosed that I was already taking tirzepatide 15 mg weekly and uploaded my current prescription and vial information. They charged me immediately, then prescribed a lower dose of approximately 11 mg without discussing the change with me beforehand. I also had a scheduled provider appointment. As a night-shift nurse, I sacrificed sleep to be available, but no provider called. I never had the opportunity during that appointment to discuss my current treatment, the dose change, or my questions. I understand that prescribing decisions require clinical judgment. What I find unacceptable is making a change without explaining it to me, especially after I provided documentation of my established treatment. I repeatedly contacted support asking for a clinical review to address the dose discrepancy or a refund. For more than a week, I kept hearing that my concerns were being “escalated” and someone would reach out, without a meaningful resolution. I paid expecting clear communication, an individualized evaluation, and dependable follow-up. My experience has fallen far short of that. Based on how my concerns have been handled, I cannot recommend NextMeds.

I set up treatment online and called the next day. I was informed my medication would be in the mail 7-10 days later. I am 2 weeks in and Klarna was going to take out another payment and I still have heard nothing from the company on the treatment, a dr, nothing. So I cancelled my order. Very disappointing that they had no communication with their customers.

I accidentally ordered 2 meds at the same time, immediately let them know, and they refused to refund, even with the promise of their cancel at any time policy. I would have stayed with them for my much wanted order of Tirezepatide, but out of principle, will never go back. Shame on them. This cost me $1500 +. I sent multiple requests to no avail. Do not ever use nextmeds. 👎
