We bought a Fold ST for my wife, because it fits really well in our camper. The bike is really well made, folds down to a small footprint. It’s NOT a full size bike nor does it ride like one. But it works for our purposes and we enjoyed it so much that we just bought a second one. Urtopia ran a special right after we purchased bike #2 that was a little better than what I got it for. I contacted customer service and they rebated the difference.

The Carbon Joy is a pleasure to ride, the cadence is easy to shift through, and the throttle is very responsive. the support when contacting individual assistance was excellent, their team went out of the way to help and communications were awesome, Urtopia team rocks!!

I ordered a Carbon 1 Pro on June 13, 2026, and received it on June 18. After assembling the bike a few days later, I immediately discovered that the handlebars would not stay securely in place. After weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, beginning on July 3, it was finally determined that the bike had been shipped without the C-ring required to secure the handlebars. I requested that the missing part be sent on July 9, but since then, the customer service representative assigned to my case has stopped responding entirely. I have also called customer service multiple times, explained the situation to several different representatives, and have repeatedly been told that my case has been "escalated." Despite these assurances, nothing has been done. As of July 20, I still have an unusable bike and no resolution. Because of the lack of communication and failure to resolve such a simple issue, I have now requested to return the bike. Unfortunately, I have received little to no assistance with that process either. The product may have potential, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this company based on how this issue has been handled.
