I was putting my new Urtopia bike together while watching my daughter’s dog and next thing I knew he had grabbed the front fender and chewed on it to the point it would no longer work. I reached out to Urtopia through their website and got an immediate response from Reece. They are sending me a new fender at no charge! We now have two Carbon Classic e-bikes and absolutely love them! The quality of their bikes is outstanding and obviously our experience with their support was as well. I highly recommend Urtopia bikes!!

I bought two bikes from Urtopia, my second bike had an issue. Customer service Handled promptly and replaced the bike with a new bike. I love my two bikes and highly recommend this company. Thank you for your great support.

Edit #2: Reece from Support got right back to me after I reported receiving the wrong size screws. The correct size screws were immediately shipped out to us and they fit! We are very pleased with our Urtopia bikes and prompt support. Edit: Reduced to 3 stars as we received a box of 60 screws/nuts washers that are the wrong size (and we only need two). I reached out again and waiting to hear back. Hopefully they will send out the correct part this time. Will update if problem is resolved. Original review: Great support! My husband’s new bike was missing two screws after the second time we rode and I contacted Customer Support via email with pictures. They responded with one business day and are shipping out the new parts right away. We are very happy with our new Carbon Fold 2 bikes and Urtopia!

I bought their bike tire pump. It didn't work. Wouldn't pump up a tire, Wouldn't top off a tire. Too late to return to Amazon so I tried with Urtopia. It took a while, and several emails, but eventually they did replace the defective pump, so good for them on that.

We're happy with the bike's features and especially the weight. We engaged Urtopia customer support because we didn't receive a bike rack that was advertised as part of a Memorial Day sale. We had purchased the bike from Brimstone Bikes in Canal Fulton, Oh on the Saturday prior to Memorial Day. It took a few weeks to arrive. Brimstone's service was excellent, but they weren't able to get us the bike rack we had wanted (we plan to do long trail rides where the rack will be useful). It took a few back and forth emails, but once we explained the situation to Urtopia customer service, they agreed to send us the expected bike rack. It arrived yesterday.

Every time I’ve reached out to customer support they’ve been extremely helpful and pleasant. I love that they stand behind their brand and company. Reece in particular was very helpful and able to provide great service and solutions! Very impressed with this companies customer service.

I bought a Carbon 1 Pro bike less than a month ago.. The bike arrived in a reasonable time. The assembly video was excellent. Riding this bike has been beyond my expectations. This is my third ebike in seven years. It rides smoother than my previous bikes. I was concerned that the 36 volt motor would not give me the assist I was used to in my 48 volt bikes. Not to worry. there is plenty of thrust. Very close to my 48 volt bikes. This carbon pro is described as a smart bike. It comes with a number of electronic features which can be modified through their app on an iPhone. I particularly love the security features; an alarm system whch is activated when the bike is turned off and geo taging. The location of the bike is displayed on my iPhone. The electronic display on the handlebar is bright enough to read in direct sun light and does not shut off when I stop peddling as my previous ebikes did. I'm particularly impressed with two features. 1. The drive train is the smoothest of any bike I've owned. Shifting the derailier both up and down is very smooth. Additionally, the Hydraulic disc brakes are noticably better the the cable disc brakes I've had on previous bikes. The one criticism I've found was the handlebar is very wide. Making tight squeezes in inner city traffic a hazard to negotiate. I contacted Urtopia support and was connected with Reece who was able to supply me with a narrower set of handlebars. This bike is 30 pounds lighter than my last ebike. Making for easy lifting onto a bike rack. All in all, I'm delighted with my lightweight Urtopia ebike.

I bought my Carbon Step Through at a local dealer. I absolutely love it!! This is my 3rd ebike and this bike is by far the best!!! It rides amazing with or without power!!! Lightweight, so I can put it on my bike rack on my car! Have great speed and options!!! Unfortunately, the MIK back rack basket h is not compatible with the seat . The basket pushed into my back / behind since my seat is lower due to my height. I also recommend adding a USB charger in the next model . Otherwise it’s amazing !!’ Buy yourself one!!! I did call service to inquire about a basket that is compatible . They were honest in that they do not have a basket available as of yet , and are sending me a better bike rack for free!!! I’m so pleased with their customer service!!! Note, your time change . I communicated with them via email, and received replies late night. I’m EST in the US.
