Where can I get to Urtopia?
I recently bought an ‘Urtopia Carbon 1 Step Thru’ bike, and it was delivered quite quickly. In all the photos, it is depicted with a rear rack and an integrated taillight, and nowhere is it mentioned that these are not included. Unfortunately, those two items were not present upon delivery. Urtopia is impossible to reach, and they do not ask for feedback on their delivery anywhere. Disappointing. The taillight they supplied, because it is legally required, was a battery-powered one that you have to attach to the seat post with a rubber band. You can buy something like that for €3 at Aldi. I hope Urtopia does something about this. As for the bike, I haven't been able to test it thoroughly yet. It is a pity, however, that the app used to operate the bike becomes paid after one year.
