Of course, I love my Joy. most appropriately named! But it’s the little things that make me love this company. After a year or so I had lost the key to the battery release on the bike. I sent them a note and literally within an hour. I got a return email and they sent a replacement key right out to me, no cost. I just love this attention to the people who buy their products. Hooray.

I've had a great experience with Urtopia all around. The bike itself is a genuine pleasure to ride — smooth, fast, and fun on every trip. Mine is a discontinued Carbon 1S I bought from dealer stock, so I wasn't sure how much support I'd get — but the team really came through. When my battery range dropped, they checked the bike's riding logs to diagnose it and arranged a special discount on a replacement. The new battery has been fantastic, even outperforming my original. Later, when I damaged a specialized rear-rack part during a tire change, they tracked down a spare and shipped it out — for a discontinued bike, no less. Prompt, friendly, and honest throughout. A great bike backed by a team that stands behind their customers long after the sale. Highly recommended!

The parts department responded immediately to my request for a part to upgrade my seat post. The ride on this bike is so smooth and the weight of the bike fakes you out when you lift it! The selections of pedal assist (Eco, Tour, Smart and Boost) make it ideal for both workout "Burn" or fun "No Sweat" riding.

The bikes at urtopia are top tier and are great on the road or trails. I recently purchased a rear rack for my bike but ended up purchasing the wrong one for the model I had. I contacted support with questions. Support was very good on answering my questions based on the pictures of the bike I provided. Upon them determining that the rack was for the wrong model they offered a full refund of the product. Unfortunately the rack I need is discontinued. For a great quality bike and great customer service don’t hesitate to purchase an urtopia.
