I love my new Fold ST so far! It’s easy to ride and I especially appreciate the light weight. It’s replacing a 65-lb bike that is just too heavy and unsafe for an old lady who still loves to ride. It’s easy to fold, though we’ll get a strap to hold it together securely when folded. Four stars because the seat is much too narrow for me and the handlebar grips are too prickly, but those will be easy fixes. Suggestion: put the step-through part of the frame up at the same height as the chain wheel (?) so we have less chance of accidentally hitting it as we get on. Looking forward to safe, happy riding.

My wife took a fall and damaged a crank arm on her Urtopia Joy. When I contacted Urtopia customer service, Stella jumped right on it an had a replacement shipped in a couple of days. Great communication and follow up! This is the kind of service that builds loyalty to a brand. Great job Stella, thanks!

We purchased two Carbon Classic step thru e-bikes and were very excited to get the bikes. The bikes were assembled and neither bike worked from the beginning. We had good communication with support in the beginning, but after we took the bikes to a warranty location recognized by Urtopia for diagnostics, the communication has stopped. I recognize names mentioned in the other reviews...Ding and Reece. We have also had emails with Jen and Stella. We simply want to return the bikes and get our money back. We can't seem to get anyone to send us the shipping information.

The Urtopia Carbon Classic is the eBike I’ve been looking for after years of testing out other manufacturers’ big, heavy bikes, some over 65lbs! But this Urtopia Classic is under 40, and light and nimble to ride and easy to lift onto my bike rack. I’m enjoying daily rides now and can easily transport the bike to new destinations. Very pleased with my new Urtopia.

After buying my bike from a dealer, I realized I was missing an option that I would have received if I had bought the back direct from Urtopia. One call to their excellent and friendly customer service and problem solved. Part came in yesterday and installed today. Thank you Reece !

While my bike accessories were delivered in a peace meal manner, the support team (Reece) went out of their way to get these delivered. Exceptional product with diligent after sale service!

The customer service people helped before I even bought the bike! I was having trouble with my cart; 'free' items that were 'included' were coming up with normal pricing. I sent an email and wondered when I would hear, if anything... surprised to check my email within an hour and find a correct order waiting for me! I thought I might need a throttle with the carbon Fiber ST, as I have had one on a similar bike to get me going from a standing stop. But the pedal assist works as soon as you pedal. It was amazing! I didn't need the throttle and wanted to send it back, but they were so kind and just credited my account, saying I could keep it. How kind! My new bike is beyond wonderful, and so is their customer service!
