I bought their bike tire pump. It didn't work. Wouldn't pump up a tire, Wouldn't top off a tire. Too late to return to Amazon so I tried with Urtopia. It took a while, and several emails, but eventually they did replace the defective pump, so good for them on that.

I ordered a Carbon 1 Pro on June 13, 2026, and received it on June 18. After assembling the bike a few days later, I immediately discovered that the handlebars would not stay securely in place. After weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, beginning on July 3, it was finally determined that the bike had been shipped without the C-ring required to secure the handlebars. I requested that the missing part be sent on July 9, but since then, the customer service representative assigned to my case has stopped responding entirely. I have also called customer service multiple times, explained the situation to several different representatives, and have repeatedly been told that my case has been "escalated." Despite these assurances, nothing has been done. As of July 20, I still have an unusable bike and no resolution. Because of the lack of communication and failure to resolve such a simple issue, I have now requested to return the bike. Unfortunately, I have received little to no assistance with that process either. The product may have potential, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this company based on how this issue has been handled.

We purchased two Carbon Classic step thru e-bikes and were very excited to get the bikes. The bikes were assembled and neither bike worked from the beginning. We had good communication with support in the beginning, but after we took the bikes to a warranty location recognized by Urtopia for diagnostics, the communication has stopped. I recognize names mentioned in the other reviews...Ding and Reece. We have also had emails with Jen and Stella. We simply want to return the bikes and get our money back. We can't seem to get anyone to send us the shipping information.

as of 7/9/26, still waiting on my paid order from 4/28/26. I've emailed and called. Still on "preorder". When I was purchasing it, they never said anything about a preorder or a long wait.

I purchased an Urtopia E-Bike, a Carbon 1 Pro, on May 25. On the 26 they contacted me to get my physical address for delivery which I immediately provided. Then nothing. I have contacted the support line four different times over the last month and the only response I receive is that they are sorry and that they will check on it and let me know. No one has ever gotten back to me with the status of my order after six weeks. They did process my credit card on the day of the order. They do not provide a phone number to help with resolving problems and they ignore emails to their support line. I am very disappointed and am left with cancellation and a refund as my remaining option.

I purchased two Carbon 1 Pro e-bikes from Urtopia for a total of €5,398. One of the bikes was delivered with a missing essential seat mounting component, making it completely unusable. I reported this issue approximately one month after purchase and have sent multiple emails over the past year. I have never received a single response. Because the missing part makes it impossible to install the saddle, my wife could not use her bicycle. I was forced to remove the corresponding part from my own bike so she could ride hers. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product in this price range. The lack of customer support is shocking. No reply, no solution, no accountability. For a premium-priced e-bike brand, this level of service is extremely disappointing. If you are considering buying from Urtopia, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be completely on your own. I hope the company finally takes responsibility and resolves this issue properly.

The bike itself was good for two years. After that, the bike started to break down. Customer service is unfortunately abysimal or not existing. I tried to get spare parts sent to Berlin, but have been going back and forth with the support for 5 months (!) now. I originally would have recommended an Urtopia bike. Giving the current circumstances, I unfortunately can not.

Ok honesty. The bike is way over priced for what you get. $3000. Bucks for the carbon 1. First it is the most unsafe feeling bike i have ever been on. Wobbly, this bikes hits like a tank over any kind of bump. This bike is only safe on a smooth surface. As advertised it does not go for 80 miles before a recharge and the Highest speed it goes is 21 - 22 on turbo on a flat service. The seat is so uncomfortable I had soars on my butt just riding on it for an hour. It defenently will heart your joints and bones such an uncomfortable ride. Truly the only thing this bike is as advertised is it is lite weight. I have to say I miss my freedare bike.
