Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. The parts came on time and were in perfect working order. I asked for expedited shipping, and it was in my hands 2 days later. They were in constant communication with me during the process.

I was able to source a unique power supply for my old server pc through New Town. They tested the unit prior to sending it out and even verified it was the correct part. It works great and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

First sign of trouble was waiting two weeks for a quote, no contact after I submitted a request. The quote was for new drives at a price way higher than the site posted (no condition was listed as to new or refurbished), red flag #2. Then when I called to speak to the most American sounding name ever, he had a heavy Indian accent, as did his colleague, red flag #3. He promised to send me a quote for the refurbished drives, and he did, later the same day.. however the price changed in 4 hours, it went up $402 per unit and they could fill only 40% of the order, for $9000 more than when we spoke..red flag #4, run don't walk, run from this blatant scam.
