I purchased two Brother toner…
I purchased two Brother toner cartridges but one of them was an empty cartridge. Most likely they received a return and just repackaged as a new one. I wrote to request a replacement but was told there is only a 30 day warranty. So you basically need to open both boxes and test they are new. I lost $90 on this purchase with no satisfaction of resolving my issue. terrible business practice and customer service.

Item was shipped after your acknowledgement, you were aware of the warranty.
