Do not trust the prices listed on this site. I ordered a drive listed at $91, with a Google coupon for $10 less. The next day, I received an email claiming the item was "refurbished and out of stock" and was offered a "new" one for almost $200. When I questioned this, the "Account Manager" admitted via email that "condition is not mentioned on our website" for their listings. They intentionally hide the fact that items are used/refurbished to trick you into buying, then hold your money while trying to upsell you to a higher price. If you receive a "Sold Out" email from "Ryan" or "Thomas," don't pay the extra money. Demand a refund immediately. This is not a mistake, it is their business model. I was issued a refund. Regarding reply: trustpilot definitely reached out for details and I supplied them. You can see in their reply, they don't track stock or condition before taking your money.

I received the printer and it was packaged well. But when I tried to copy it wasn't printing black. And the red ink will not print at all. On 1/07/ 26 I received the replacement printer and this one works. They shipped it from Idaho Falls ID to Auburn NY. So Daniel was serious about getting a replacement to me. And in the package was a print quality report which I copied as soon as the printer was set up. I am happy with the results.

Received a refurbished power supply for a Lenovo P700 workstation. Looked brand new and works great. Would definitely use New Town Spares for server and workstation parts in the future.
