Great customer service and willing to make things right. Issue was the drives I got online were outs of stock, website was not updated in time to reflect that. Only real issue I had.

Wrong fuser: 220V instead of 110V that I clearly ordred. Have waited a week to receive return label.

Product was exactly what I needed. 1 star off for poor communication and web site that offers no updates on shipping or shipping details. I actually got my order the day I got my tracking information. But, the product worked and was exactly what I ordered and needed.

I found their website through Google and purchased an external drive ST2000LM015 for $112. All seem well until I got an email stating that it was a refurbished unit (no where on listing had disclaimer). Naturally I declined. They then offered me a "clean pull" refurbished unit (they stated "professionally pre-owned with very low usage, in pristine condition. These have a health rate of above 90% with 60 day warranty"). A brand new one would be an additional $127. After some thought I agreed to it and took the "pristine" condition one. It arrived seemly timely and we installed it - works fine so far. Will advise if it fails in near future. Customer service has asked repeatedly for me to post a review for their KPIs, so here you go. Customer service: great Product: acceptable Shipping: timely enough Marketing: bit deceptive not disclosing refurbished units on their listing. As they stated in customer service email they deal with end if life units. Just be aware. Would I buy again? Possible but let's see how long this unit lasts.

Started out on the rocky side but ultimately ended up OK. I will try them again if I am in need.

Bought a refurbished enterprise hard drive at a good price. Shipped quickly, well packaged. The drive had a few bad sectors and was running an old firmware that refused to reallocate them. Updated drive firmware, reformatted drive, and it worked great. New Town Spares reached out to verify I had received the order and offer technical assistance if needed. I appreciated this, although by then I had already gotten the drive working. They were a bit pushy with asking for a TrustPilot review, but with this volatile IT market, I can understand the need to build reputation.

Things worked out. A mistake in a advertisement got me to buy a drive, but they partially refunded my order to make it right, Satisfied.

I google searched for a specific toner cartridge. New Town Spares showed to have that toner. They notified me that they were out of the name brand toner and would I accept a generic toner. I agreed because the name brand toner was no longer available anywhere. They sent me 2 toners for the same price of the one name brand toner. So far, both toners work just fine. I'm happy now.
