I purchase a Asus x570-pro motherboard from them. After a few days it came clear that the board was defective. During this time, I was in contact with them, and as it became known that the board was no good, they stopped all contact for a couple of weeks. So, I was struck with a non-function MB and no help, so I thought. 14 Nov. 2025 They (New Town Spares)customer service came back, by offering to replace the defected board, with another x570 MB. I have received it this week and found it works perfectly I can recommend them for your computer items/service.

The Maintenance Kit we ordered has been discontinued and they were going to ship us the replacement but they notified us promptly of the replacement.
