Ryan was fantastic! I wanted an exact duplicate of the printer that failed. Although there were many SKUs with the same model number, Ryan worked with me (exchanging photos, sending links to various SKUs) until we identified the correct SKU. I purchase a new printer, and that's exactly what I got. I unplugged the old printer, plugged in the new one, and was immediately able to do everything I was used to doing with my old printer. I've had the printer almost two weeks and it functions perfectly. I'm delighted!

Very helpful and went above and beyond, thank you! Immediately provided details about supply, warehouse, shipping to help place the right order. To quick to review, sent lower tier products instead of the SKU ordered. They tried to gaslight me into believing what they sent was right and threatened to charge me for what they sent. I should have known it was a bait and switch by how easy the order was to place for something that was out of stock everywhere else.
