The process has been easy and very affordable. Sofia has been an excellent representative with great customer service. Very helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also explained the process very well. Highly recommend.

It has now been 2.5 months and I still haven’t received my order. I was originally told to expect it within 4–5 weeks as advertised, so the wait has been significantly longer than expected. I think communication could be improved by having specific people handle customer issues instead of being passed around to someone different every time, only to be told to keep waiting. I do want to mention Maria, who was extremely helpful in getting everything moving and was great to deal with. Having more people provide that level of communication would make a big difference in customer service.

From ordering the impression kit and sending it back ..it took 2 months just to get that done and get a reply .. as there website mentions a free video call...no one has ever called me or arranged a call. Now 2 more months has gone by and I have had no one actively reach out to help me decide which type of treatment is best for me.... I received my images of how teeth would look after treatment..but nothing else. They dropped the ball on getting me on-board as a customer and I feel this lack of service is going to cause them a lack of business. Poor experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! I called and scheduled an appointment in advance. I asked if they cover my insurance and gave them my number and they said they do. My medical insurance card says Anthem Blue Cross but the medical is HMO and the dental is PPO. When I go in person to the appointment I was in disbelief by the guy at the front desk. First, he had no respect for the patients. He was on the phone for 10min and just walked away without acknowledging anyone in the line waiting. He was very rude to the guy in front of me about rescheduling his appointment and then when it was my turn and he asked for my medical card he immediately told me that they don’t take my health insurance when he saw my medical card said anthem blue cross. “We don’t take anthem”. I told him I called ahead and they verified they take my insurance and I gave them my number. He refused to call the insurance company. He said I would need to call them to verify. I told him I already did. But he didn’t believe me. Then he told me I wasn’t on the schedule for today anyways which is absurd because I had already booked the appointment. He just wanted me out. The disrespect for the customer was unreal. It was my only day off for a month straight from the fire department and he could care less. Avoid at all costs!

Although getting to speak with Aaron took quite a process, once he got involved he was very helpful and communictive. Would love some more direct or rapid connection to customer service but once getting a real person and being able to voice my questions and concerns, they were acknowledged and addressed directly.

Aaron was extremely helpful in resolving my order issue, that was completely my fault. He provided exceptional customer service and I am very grateful.

Do not use this company. They are refusing to refund an order I placed 9 months ago that they never sent. They keep passing around my complaint to different people, refusing to escalate the issue and refusing a refund. This is now the third time I have had an issue like this. They have no option online to cancel recurring orders and their customer service team doesn’t respond to emails. Extremely poor.
