shipped my retainers in june, it is now september. I was told my impressions were being reviewed august 18th, september 8th i was told my impressions were on the way to being reviewed… these people don’t answer the phone and take weeks to even respond. This company is sad.

I had about $1500 of FSA money to spend at the end of the year, and that ended up being just about enough to buy a set of aligners from NewSmile based on how much work my teeth needed. Less than 1/3 the quote I received from Invisalign! It's obviously a little more work to get started, since you do the impressions yourself. One quick piece of advice - leave them in longer! 5 minutes was about the right amount of time for me to make sure everything had really fully cured before removing them. But they were understanding, sent me a complimentary second kit, and everything went great the second time around. The aligners took a couple months to arrive but the whole process since then has been very smooth. I recently had one break in my pocket, and Aaron and the service team were prompt and helpful in their advice and feedback throughout the process. If you are willing to do just a bit more work yourself, I cannot recommend this company strongly enough! Skip the dentist-subsidizing companies and go straight to the factory for much better pricing without compromising on quality or service!

Very difficult to take impressions that get rejected even when I follow the instructions to the letter. The extra shipping charge of 50$ for additional putty was the last drop. I had to put everything in the trash and lose all my money.

For the extra £50 it would cost me to get retainers at the dentist it has 1000% not been worth it. They sent out the kit, first problem no return label included as promised. Ok they sent me a new one. Second problem, I then followed the kit instructions exactly, putty hardened immediately. It has been a nightmare trying to resolve this and cancel my subscription/get a refund despite them being under breach of the consumer rights act for not providing goods fit for purpose. Third problem: They promised to send out another kit, it took over a week before they even dispatched it despite promising to send it immediately not to mention the multiple confusing replies to my email to them from different team members. Fourth problem: You cannot cancel your subscription online as advertised, instead you have to do it via email (I would not have signed up if I knew this and it is a further breach of legalities). Fifth problem: Contacting them, is a nightmare I have asked to cancel and refund under their breaches in 3 separate emails (each of which take days to a week to get a reply to) as it stands my subscription still isn't cancelled, and I have been told their kit is not refundable despite their multiple breaches. So personally, I would advise go to the dentist and dont take the risk with this company.

From getting my impressions just right to sending messages back and forth via email regarding questions about smile previews and which direction to go with relating to aligners, NewSmile has been extremely responsive, courteous, timely and helpful. Thank you to Maria specifically at NewSmile for your promptness and clarification with the dental team. I’m really excited to get my aligners and start the process!

The initial order process was delayed for over a month because I did not receive the email to confirm, so the printing and shipment out took many weeks before I received the aligners. The order was placed 12/23. I followed up asking where the aligners were on 2/18. I had to send a follow up email 3/18 asking the same question the aligners were delivered 3/10. Additionally, the very last tray was the most painful. And I am not satisfied with the final position of my front three top teeth.

First of all, I ordered in April. It is now september and I still haven’t received my product. Not only that, they rarely reply to emails and still took my money. The customer service is terrible and only replies when you request a refund and literally go out their way to not give you your money back. I am still fighting this. This company is terrible and I think all their reviews are fake. Be cautious!
