Very difficult to take impressions that get rejected even when I follow the instructions to the letter. The extra shipping charge of 50$ for additional putty was the last drop. I had to put everything in the trash and lose all my money.

The initial order process was delayed for over a month because I did not receive the email to confirm, so the printing and shipment out took many weeks before I received the aligners. The order was placed 12/23. I followed up asking where the aligners were on 2/18. I had to send a follow up email 3/18 asking the same question the aligners were delivered 3/10. Additionally, the very last tray was the most painful. And I am not satisfied with the final position of my front three top teeth.

The retainers didn't arrive after more than a month, and when I questioned where they were I was informed that the molds weren't good enough. We were offered another set of molds for free, but by this point we had got alternatives. We were given a swift refund.

It has now been 2.5 months and I still haven’t received my order. I was originally told to expect it within 4–5 weeks as advertised, so the wait has been significantly longer than expected. I think communication could be improved by having specific people handle customer issues instead of being passed around to someone different every time, only to be told to keep waiting. I do want to mention Maria, who was extremely helpful in getting everything moving and was great to deal with. Having more people provide that level of communication would make a big difference in customer service.

From ordering the impression kit and sending it back ..it took 2 months just to get that done and get a reply .. as there website mentions a free video call...no one has ever called me or arranged a call. Now 2 more months has gone by and I have had no one actively reach out to help me decide which type of treatment is best for me.... I received my images of how teeth would look after treatment..but nothing else. They dropped the ball on getting me on-board as a customer and I feel this lack of service is going to cause them a lack of business. Poor experience.

i just finished a 12 month aligner treatment. No one asked for pictures or how I felt at the end of the treatment program. No one reached out to let me know that it was time to order retainers. Once I ordered them on my own, it look a month to receive them. Overall, my teeth are straighter but communication was not perfect.

I honestly really like the product & when I first signed up & made my mold - everything was great! However when I went to use my second retainer, it broke after like two uses ... disappointing. I knew their support was good so I reached out to see if they’d send me a replacement. This is where they get their two star rating - it has taken more than two months & they’re only just now sending the replacement. The first month was almost daily emails of them interrogating me, after which they did find in my favor & said they would make me a new retainer ... & then nothing! for more than a month! So I fallowed up with them & they said “okay we’ll send it tomorrow” ... what happened? zero apology for the delay or effort to make it right. I’m just bummed that their follow through was so lacking. Maybe I just fell through the cracks & I hope others have a better experience! I have even recommended them to several friends.

My lower teeth crowding wasn't getting fixed (aligned) at all, I have noticed that around step 10-11 and pointed it out to their team, usually got none or some reply after over a month. It took 8 months of forced negotiations to get the new impression kit. Now it's been 2 months since and still waiting for my new aligners. So 1 year of failed treatment, 6 months of negotiations and endless waiting while my teeth shifted completely back to step 0 pre-treatment stage. Now waiting for new aligners to start another treatment from scratch and hopelessly thinking it'll work out this time.
