There is nothing pleasant about debt settlement, but every person from the beginning to the end made it as comfortable and as easy as possible. Jason was great at explaining each step of the way. I had acquired a lot of debt (pretty much for being an irresponsible kid) and it got to the point where I wasn’t able to deal with it myself. New Era Debt Solutions handled everything for me, and they took care of it quickly and efficiently in a way I never would’ve been able to. I was in a lot of credit card debt when I moved out on my own in 2014 and I was being advised by my family to declare bankruptcy which I did not want to do. I found great reviews for New Era online and contacted them to get the process started. They have been so helpful from start to finish. My best advise would be to be completely honest with them about your current situation the entire way through. I worked with Cecy for a majority of my program and she was always AMAZINGLY helpful. While tackling debt is very difficult, New Era helped make it a lot easier and less stressful. I paid off about 18k in debt over the past couple of years and could not be happier. I would definitely recommend using them!
