Bounce representatives are kind and very helpful. They explain the steps to be taken fully so that they are very understandable. If you have questions, they readily answer them or will find answers for you. All of them have been or are in the same situation so they have a better understanding of what the client is going through. I think this is a big part of their success and I'm very grateful to have found them, and being able have them help me.

Marcus was easy to work with and made the process so smooth and easy. Marcus was relatable and did not make me feel ashamed of what I was going through. My experience was great and I have given Marcus's contact info to a couple friends so they may join the program and work with such a wonderful man! Thank you Marcus!
