I have been working with this company for almost a year now. The initial process was smooth and the first contact I had with them was through customer service (the gal was absolutely amazing). This gal was so friendly and knowledgeable, yet didn't make me feel like I was just other body coming because I needed help. Caring and compassionate, listening and understanding. I have been experiencing a positive outcome so far. The goal is ask a lot of questions in order to understand...simply communicate. I have ended up dealing with more than the people listed in my contract but they are all knowledgeable and thorough. I ended up paying more than I originally signed up for but that's what happens when your defaulted and they start wanting to sue you - desperate times call for desperate measures. I am just glad they have worked with me and taken a scary time and made it easier to work on.

Dear Flora, Thank you for your review and for your comments. I am glad to hear things were going well, then it sounds like we dropped the ball somewhere. We have high standards when it comes to customer service and I am sorry to hear that we didn't hit those standards for some reason. I want you to know that I will personally look into your situation and see where we went wrong. You will here from us very soon. Whatever went wrong I promise to do my best to make it right again. Thank you again Flora! Wishing you the best! Sincerely, Dan Smith President
