I dont know what I would have done if I never came across New Era. Especially being able to work with Nicole, she has been the best. She Never judged me or made me feel bad Especially when I got hit with more of a rough patch during my time in the program. She not only helped me through all of this but she was very supportive and only been encouraging on days where I was breaking. She been kind, patient, understanding. There is not enough words to explain just how amazing Nicole has been for me. Overall I would recommend them. They are focus to actually helping people. If I get back in a jam which it will not happen again i would definitely go back to them. Thank you New Era and thank you Nicole for all of it and for giving me a fresh new chapter in life being debt free.

Lifesaver. Only honest and genuine debt settlement firm I came across. Was down in big hole(lowest point in my life) in 2023. Chapter 13 bankruptcy was my original option.
