Dear Karla, I have discussed your review with my staff and we are saddened and disappointed and somewhat surprised by your comments. We thought we were doing a good job for you and that you would be pleased, but obviously we were wrong. Our records show that you signed up for a 42 month program with us, and our goal is to get you debt free sooner if possible. You have been in the program for 29 months at this point so there are 13 months left to go. As of today 13 of your 14 creditors have been settled. There is only 1 left and we are working on a settlement for you now. I show that we have made a wide range of settlements for you, but on average we have saved you a lot of money. I respectfully must disagree with your statements. We have saved you a lot of money and we are ahead of schedule. By this poor review I must assume that you want to discontinue your account with us and finish the job yourself. You certainly can do that if that is the direction you choose. I would not recommend that because you hired us to help you and we are committed to helping you as much as we possibly can until you are debt free. Your review has taught me that sometimes when you think you are doing a good job, you may not be in the eyes of the customer, and it is only the customers opinion that matters. Dear Flora, Thank you for your review and for your comments. I am glad to hear things were going well, then it sounds like we dropped the ball somewhere. We have high standards when it comes to customer service and I am sorry to hear that we didn't hit those standards for some reason.
