I ordered the night/day roman shade for my bedroom window and looks nice but it's kind of a pain to put up bc it seems to lack tension to retract all the way. I also made sure to order the fabric length with an extra half inch so I could be sure it would hit the sill with slack and it just *barely* reaches long enough to not have a gap at the bottom. finally, the plastic pull tab on the privacy shade has a tendency to slide from side to side which is going to start to fray such a delicate fabric and also makes it very hard to pull the shade down straight without having to use my hands on the white fabric which will eventually lead to staining over time. for the price I paid, I expected no to have these kinds of issues and it would definitely be a much bigger deal to me if I had ordered shades for the entire home. the fabric of the shade is nice and doesn't feel cheap, and was very easy to install, but because of these issues, I am not likely to return as a customer for future purchases.

I was very nervous about pulling the trigger on all the window dressings I ordered from Neutral Curtains, mainly because the color options sometimes didn't align with their names on their site. However, they are all perfect! I did relaxed roman shades with no cords for everything and we love them! Once I figured out the first one, I was able to install each one in about 15 minutes easily. Measure accurately, they all fit great. Order swatches if you want, we took the risk and all the colors are very nice. I think the price is fantastic for what you get. Would order again!

Great quality. Quick delivery. I hold back from Giving five stars as I strongly feel the instructions for installation need to be made better. Think shade installation for dummies. I struggled the first window, but learned as I got to the second.

I love the look and fabric of my Roman shade, however i had some issues with my order. Thank goodness I ordered the fit protection because my shade came an inch too short. Customer service help quickly but the second one they send was also an inch short. The then sent a third shade. Finally the right length. So I am finally pleased with my final product. But won’t be buying from them again. It doesn’t seem worth the struggle and I don’t want to have to pay 80 a shade for fit protection.

I had a really good experience with Neutralcurtains. The curtains look beautiful and the quality feels very nice in person. My order arrived well packed and everything looked exactly like the pictures online. I also appreciated the customer service because they answered my questions quickly and were very helpful. I ordered shades and thought I received an incorrect size. Customer services was polite throughout the process and, turns out, the mistake was on our end. They expedited the re-order and gave us a small discount. The quality of the shades is higher than those purchased from our local custom shop. I will order from them again.
