The strings are too short on one side to allow the shade to reach its intended length.

I absolutely love my Roman shades and the color is fantastic they were so easy to install

Shade seems well made and it came relatively quickly. It was easy to install (although there could have been a couple additional details in the instructions). It looks lovely, and seems like it will last. The sample packets were a great help in selecting the blind. This was one of the only places I could find custom, nice looking top down bottom up roman shades, and happy I went with them!

The shade are perfect! Exactly what I imagined. Communication about them being made and shipped was great too! Will order more for other rooms in the future :)
