The initial color of shade received was significantly different from the swatch I received but after contacting the company I was sent me a new shade of the correct color free of charge. I am pleased with the shade.

We appreciate your patience and are glad we could make it right. So happy to hear you're pleased with the shade now!

I love the shades that I've received. Very good quality and the prices are nice with the discounts they offer all the time. The main thing I appreciate is the customer service. Some things happened with my orders that happened due to internet connection issues (would be my only complaint) but the customer service I received was top notch!

Thank you for your kind words! We're sorry for the internet issues but so glad our team could help. Hope to serve you again soon!

Ordered some Roman shades for my house, the material and color are both great, but I was a a little unsatisfied with my decision to make the shades wider than the window itself. I reached out to customer service, and they provided me with almost a 100% refund, minus shipping which is understandable, so I could reorder and get what I needed. Great customer service, really hard to find nowadays.

Thank you for your understanding and for giving us a chance to make it right. ❤️

I was not happy with the communication with this company. the items arrived much later than advertised and I had to repeatedly search for tracking information. The quality is ‘fine’ but not great. Seams are crooked and the shades don’t fold evenly when you raise/lower them. Will probably not order from here again.

Thank you for your feedback Please accept our sincere apology for the delay in shipping your order. When you placed the order, our factory was closed for a scheduled holiday — this was noted on our website at the time. Unfortunately, that did result in a longer than usual processing time. That said, we take full responsibility for any lack of clarity or inconvenience this may have caused you. We would like to understand the issue you experienced with your product and make things right. Could you please reply to the email we are sending you directly, or contact us at [email protected]? One of our team members will personally look into your case. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.

We bought the lined shades. We also bought top down bottom up shades. We love them. They are nice quality.
