The Roman shade I received is phenomenal. I needed one for a large window and the custom shade they sent me was a perfect fit. The quality of the fabric is very high quality too. Their customer service was amazing and they were so easy to communicate with. I know where I’ll be getting my curtains and shades from now on!

I was hesitant to order curtains without help measuring. I contacted Neutral Curtains via the Chat option and corresponded by email. It would have been easier for me to just to call someone but that option isnt offered at Neutral Curtains. Ultimately, I felt reassured about my needed curtain dimensions and placed the order. My curtains came quickly, were of nice quality, and were packaged nicely! It would be great if Neutral Curtains offered curtain rods to order but they must be purchased elsewhere
