The quality of the curtains was great. We purchased relaxed Roman shades with blackout backing. The fabric is excellent quality and they work amazingly. Easy to install. Recommend taking off an 1/8 inch from all measurements.

We are absolutely loving our new Ramie Woven Bamboo Blinds and Lily Linen Roman Shades from Neutral Curtains! They look stunning in our renovated space. The installation process was a breeze, making it easy for us to set them up. Plus, the delivery was impressively quick. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our purchase!

The brackets are so short that the don't clear standard trim for outside mount.

My bamboo shades turned out BEAUTIFUL! I had reached out to customer service before ordering with questions about measuring and they were super fast and helpful in their response. I shopped around a lot for the right place for affordable blinds and Neutral definitely delivered!

Amazing customer service. Had issues with my blinds, responded immediately and offered solutions that went above and beyond. As an interior designer, their product samples are fantastic and provide a great presentation for my clients.

I am so pleased with my linen Roman Shades I ordered for my dining room. I was impressed with the instructions for measuring for my two large windows in my dining room. I used the samples they sent to choose the fabric and backing to match my decor. The price is reasonable and quality fantastic. They fit exactly to my measurements. Easy to install and I love them.
