A Totally Unexpected Amazing Experience.
Apologies for this slightly long-winded review but this is important.
I have a very unusual comment to make here, and I mean “unusual” in unusual, Good, I noticed a withdrawal from my account payable to Neurotoned. Somehow I had unintentionally filled in something to the point where Neurotoned were entitled to take a payment from my account and indeed this money was withdrawn from my account.
I take 100% responsibility for perhaps being a little careless in my actions.
However, as soon as I saw the withdrawal I immediately made contact with Neurotoned about the withdrawal and explained that I was very surprised to see they had withdrawn money from my account, and that if I had set up a direct debit, it was absolutely not my intention.
Even more amazing, The initial communication was conveyed via an interaction between myself and a Neurotoned Bot. The amazing thing was that I was almost immediately contacted by Neurotoned Support and they took immediate action to effect the return of the money.
I was told it could take a number of days but to my great surprise I had within hours a notification from my bank to say a refund was on its way and indeed within the next few hours the payment was paid back into my account.
I can only say that I have never experienced such High Quality Customer Service from any company to date, to the level of excellence that Neurotoned have conveyed to me.
It is indeed the case that I did have an interest in Neurotoned but the timing was just not good for me. However after this experience I will have no hesitation in signing up with this company when it is more convenient for me.
It is only right that I report this scenario or post this comment because this level of service and quality of service, is not that common in today’s world.
This companies ethics are impeccable and I have no hesitation in stating I am all but certain their products and services offered will be impeccable also. Such a brilliant experience all round. I will be be on a Neurotoned program very soon. Sean B.

Sean, thank you for taking the time to write this — and honestly, there’s no need to apologise for the length. The detail matters, especially with something like this.
I’m really glad you reached out to us when you noticed the payment and that we were able to look into it and get the money back to you so quickly. I know that seeing an unexpected payment come out of your account can be unsettling, particularly when you weren’t intending to set up a recurring payment.
What means the most to us, though, is that the experience you had afterwards left you feeling looked after rather than frustrated. That is exactly what we want our Client Care team to be able to provide — a real person who listens, takes the concern seriously, and actually does something about it.
And thank you for what you said about our ethics and the programmes themselves. We certainly won’t take that confidence for granted. If the timing is right for you in the future, we’d be very happy to have you with us.

Superb email support
I initially bought the programme after seeing an advertisement. I then purchased several more one-off packages of four week programmes which I found to be uniformly excellent and containing information that was well-summarised and not easily accessible elsewhere.
I haven't found the structure or website to be the clearest, but when I have had an issue the email help desk have been extremely kind, thorough and diligent, and responded quickly and effectively.
For me, this has been one of the most valuable services I have invested in for my mental health.

What I appreciated the most about the…
What I appreciated the most about the term Solomon’s Paradox was how I have known how speaking in the first person and promoting that as a Therapist when I work with clients. We have to hear ourselves say out loud what our experience is.i have never read or heard anywhere in the 20 years I have been practicing heard someone say this. Then to read that it has a name and then to add my name saying it out loud and to promote that, then you write to me.
Well you just practiced being seen heard and witnessed .. so what I want to say in addition is this out loud “ Elaine is Wise”
Since I just launched a Podcast you have validated my presence in the world healing. Starting with that voice of Solomon’s Paradox.My dream is to promote a Therapeutic Community you just threw another log on that fire🔥🔥

I found my communication with Neurotoned were always dealt with quickly. I was not tuned into it and they addressed my situation fairly. I managed to cancel the year subscription

Well worth the investment
So far, so good! I rarely stick with any kind of program like this. I have my own self care and regulation practices (meditation, dance, movement, etc.) but the variety on this program is super cool. I just did the neurographic art class and loved it. There are so many tools here and I appreciate that many are 10-15 minutes long so they are accessible as we all navigate our full daily lives. Glad I stumbled into this! Oh and when I couldn't remember my password, there was an actual live person receiving my email (not AI or a bot!) F' AI.
